Chelsea lives in Southern California with her husband and three young children and is very well respected as a mother, educator, coach, and has even been given the unofficial title of "baby whisperer". 

 

 

 

A Note From Chelsea...

 

 

Having 3 children in 4 years, I knew the only way my husband and I would survive is if our children had a daily schedule in which we knew what times they need to sleep, eat, and times they could be more flexible so that we can function well as a family unit. 

 

My coursework in Early Childhood Education, continuous and countless hours of research, personal experience through my own children and professional experience working with children in my daycare and various other schools and organizations has enabled me to successfully help other families and parents with their children. 

Frequent waking, inconsistent napping, reflux disorders, and sleep transitions, feeding routines, newborn care, and postpartum care are just a few of the areas that I have helped parents resolve. 

 

We all know there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to parenting. This is also true when it comes to routine/sleep training. I take into account all aspects of the child. Their environment, temperament, family life style, and natural sleep and wake patterns to formulate a well thought out plan to help guide parents into an ideal schedule for their baby and family.
